Paradigm of Posterior Restoration, the CDE program conducted at St. Gregorios Dental College on 14.01.2021 offered a comprehensive exploration of contemporary approaches to dental restoration techniques, materials, and technologies. Renowned speakers including Dr. Jojo Kottor delivered insightful presentations, covering topics such as direct and indirect restorations, adhesive techniques, and minimally invasive dentistry. Hands-on workshops allowed participants to practice various restoration techniques using state-of-the-art materials, fostering practical skills and confidence. Interactive discussions and real-life case studies provided opportunities for knowledge exchange and problem-solving. Additionally, the technology showcase highlighted the latest dental innovations, offering insights into cutting-edge tools and materials available in the market. The program was attended by the postgraduate students, staff and interns from St. Gregorios Dental College. Overall, the class facilitated a deeper understanding of posterior restoration principles and techniques, empowering participants to enhance their clinical skills, improve patient outcomes, and stay abreast of advancements in the field. Faculty members provided individualised feedback to students during the entire session focusing on the diagnosis and management of cleft. The lecture recieved positive feedback from the students and other staff members. Students reported increased desire to know more about the advancements in managing cleft lip and palate.
